The performances of this element are very high just as its structural resistance and its protection power of the whole external structure.Its functions are numerous:
- support of the top cover tiles (silver/president);
- drain of storm water;
- external crowing of the building with an outer eave assuring the protection of the façade.
This system is completed with the reinforced concrete facade panels, assembled in special flutings in the pillars.
The external surface of the beam is available in many colours or cement grey.
The great overhang compared to the external edge of the façade assures a high protection of the panels and fittings. Mabo turned also its attention to the design of the corner-element.
