The Impinger Dual Technology Finisher (DTF) combines our patented air impingement with high-intensity infrared heating elements to achieve superior bake times and crispness. This dual-technology allows the DTF to cook up to 2 times faster than conventional air impingement, and up to 4 times faster than convection ovens. This baking and finishing unit offers rapid heating, cooking and baking as well as superior browning, toasting and crisping of all your menu items. The variable speed conveyor moves products through the baker/finisher improving product flow and eliminating the need for constant tending. The DTF also boasts a Cool-Skin technology that keeps the exterior cool to the touch. Units are available in 208v and 240v, three-phase models.
