MONO Equipment has acquired the exclusive rights to manufacture and sell all Bluebird packaging machines and sealers. All machines are produced to the same exacting standards using original Bluebird designs and plans.
Bluebird wrapping machines are widely used in the bakery and catering trades and have become the standard for all major supermarket groups and the industry as a whole.
The film wrapping of bakery products, both for direct retail or when offered as self-service items in restaurants, provides the necessary level of hygienic protection for customer handling and ensures a good shelf life.
The Bluebird Merlin, by MONO Equipment, is the most widely used machine for in-store bakeries and the larger independent outlets. The Merlin will handle all the items produced in a typical in-store bakery with the single exception of French Sticks.
The ability to hold two or four rolls of film offers a means of quickly changing film width or breathing rate to suit the items being wrapped.
